Classic Debate Camp 2021 Winter Workshop & Reunion

One of the best things about Classic Debate Camp is our commitment to creating an on-going community and to helping our campers throughout the season, not just when they attend camp in the summer. One way we have maintained our relationships with students and continued to coach them during the school year is our Winter Workshop and Reunion event.

Thanks to everyone who attended the fifth annual CDC Winter Workshop and Reunion on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. We welcomed 39 students, representing 22 schools and 6 states. Students from Kansas, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, and New Jersey participated along with the students from Ohio. 13 staff members volunteered their time to provide instruction, reconnect with old campers, and meet new students. They gave a lecture on the LD topic, led discussions, reviewed cases, judged practice rounds, and coached an impromptu debate round on the new PF topic.
